For the price we paid, the value was really good and the room was really comfortable. The hotel's location near the railway station was convenient and the staff treated us warmly and allowed us to order food online. The AC in the room worked really well, a blessing in the heat.
The breakfast menu could have been better with more variety.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Grand Cascade in Chennai. I was there for a week and had a great time. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of South Indian and Western options to choose from. The room service was excellent, with tasty and affordable food. The hotel even allowed me to check in early, which was a pleasant surprise. I had a wonderful experience at Grand Cascade.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very close to the railway station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to order food online to my room. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a different menu each day.

The hotel offered a great New Year's Eve party with music and drinks. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from and it was included in the price.
The hotel room was very small and outdated. the bathroom needed a deep cleaning, and there was a weird smell coming from the shower.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as I noticed some stains on the bedding.

The beds were decent and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel provided a safe, fridge, and kettle, which was convenient. The location was great as it was near many attractions and restaurants.
The water tasted like salt while brushing teeth and it took 10 minutes for the hot water to arrive in the tap. We had to request replacement water bottles repeatedly.
